Domestic Ground Shipping

Ground shipping is only available within the contiguous United States. Shipping cost are based on size, weight and the dollar total of your order. Select the shipping method that best fits your budget and the day you need your items. All overnight orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. P.S.T. for the order to be shipped that day.

Free Shipping* is only available within the contiguous United States. Free Shipping may ship using any of the following methods: UPS, FedEx, FedEx, USPS. Alp Buddy will choose the service based on order value, weight and package size. If any of these services are not acceptable for your delivery please select another shipping method.

*Oversized items or exceptionally heavy items may not qualify for free shipping or may require an additional shipping charge for air or priority shipments. You will be contacted prior to shipping these items and will never incur an additional charge without your approval.

*Alaska & Hawaii Customers: Free Economy Shipping shipping rates do NOT apply to customers in Alaska or Hawaii. We will ship via FedEx 2 Day, Overnight or USPS Priority Mail.

**FedEx SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery for residential customers. FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary significantly based on weight and destination.

We ship all international packages through The United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail International. We can only ship to the physical address of a home or business. We can NOT ship to Post Office boxes (P.O. Box). We have found USPS to be quick, secure and cost effective. The US Postal Service generally approximates between 5 and 10 business days shipping time.

Customs
All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties and associated assessments and fees. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by alpbuddy.com does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be charged the Customs fees by the company that delivers the package at the time of delivery.
